Our labour law team consists of experienced members. We assist our clients with, among others, employer-employee negotiations, procedures for termination of employment, workplace harassment cases, non-competition cases and various disputes related to work and appointments both in court and in arbitration proceedings.

Our experts also have solid experience in handling cases in occupational safety, employment discrimination and other employment-related cases. We serve clients already under accident investigation by the Regional State Administrative Agency (AVI), and in other inspections as well as pre-trial police investigations. Real estate law

We advise clients in, among others, construction law, housing company issues, leasing matters and real estate and housing transaction disputes. In the case of disputes, we assist our clients with both settlement negotiations and court proceedings.

Business law

Our expertise and experience broadly covers law related to business operations: documents for establishing a business, acquisitions, various types of contracts such as shareholders’ agreements, commercial contracts, and legal issues relating to company financing and insurance arrangements. Internal market law

We offer legal expertise for competitive bidding as well as for tenders related to innovation partnerships. We act as experts in competitive bidding for services procurement, for instance in the social and healthcare sector and IT sector. We provide assistance in market law disputes. Typical tasks in issues of competition law and related to claims for damages under competition law include settling issues related to acquisitions, distribution agreements and various non-competition terms. We also assist with issues related to EU state aid regulation.

Guidance for public entities

Our experts have long experience in collaboration with public entities (municipalities, municipal federations, parishes and government agencies).
