Henna Laulunen

Henna has gained several years of experience in various fields of business and diverse areas of commercial law. She has successfully represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes both in general courts and in arbitral tribunals as well as assisted companies in drafting various business contracts.

Henna also regularly advises clients on general corporate law matters as well as on legal issues relating to housing, building and real estate.

Henna has also gained experience as a visiting lawyer at a Finnish listed company during which time she drafted commercial contracts and provided advice on corporate law and regulatory compliance.

Henna works at our office in Tampere.
