Venla Siltala specialises in real estate and construction law, with a particular professional interest in dispute resolution within the field. Clients turn to Venla especially in matters involving construction contract disputes, residential and real estate transaction disputes, damages claims, and conflicts arising in the day-to-day operations of housing companies. She also assists with contract law matters and provides advisory services on a broad range of legal issues related to real estate and construction.

In addition, Venla has experience in intellectual property (IPR) matters and corporate law.

Alongside her work, Venla is currently completing the Finnish Bar Examination. She works at our Helsinki office.
