Anssi Kriikkula has extensive and diverse experience in the field of employment law, particularly within employers’ organizations and in handling employment-related disputes. He also has experience as an administrative court judge, dealing with public-sector employment matters. Anssi has represented clients for many years in various employment law assignments before general courts and the Labour Court, acting for employers ranging from small workshops to publicly listed companies. He has also advised employers on all types of employment law issues and acted as counsel and consultant in various challenging situations.

Anssi has participated in collective agreement negotiations and is well-versed in private-sector collective agreements, having advised employers of all sizes on related matters.

He also has practical experience in supervisory roles and human resources management and has provided extensive training on employment law topics.

Anssi works in both our Helsinki and Tampere offices.
