Noora Salokangas specializes in real estate law and has extensive and diverse experience in this field. Noora primarily handles disputes related to residential and real estate transactions, conflicts between shareholders and housing companies, as well as various construction disputes related to new builds and renovations. She also provides assistance with the drafting of purchase agreements and division of ownership agreements, as well as consulting on issues related to housing and real estate.
Noora has completed her court training at the Satakunta District Court. She has also passed the bar exam and the LKV exam (meaning she is a licensed real estate agent).
Noora enjoys conducting various training sessions. She has trained, for example, property managers and real estate agents. Her interest in public speaking and writing comes from her years working as a mother tongue teacher.
Noora primarily works at the Tampere office but serves clients across Finland.
