Joel works mainly on labour and public-service employment law assignments. He advises clients on a variety of labour law topics, including issues related to employment and managerial contracts, cooperation procedures, changes in working conditions and termination of employment. Joel has acted as a counsel before the general and administrative courts for many years.

Joel has extensive experience in collective agreements. He has been negotiating private sector collective agreements for both industry and service sector as well as company-specific collective agreements.

Joel trains organizations and managers in various fields on labour and public-service employment law. In addition to his law degree, Joel has a Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration) degree in accounting.
