Toni Sortti

Toni has several years of experience in various labour law assignments. Toni is one of the few attorneys specializing in occupational health and safety offences in Finland and he is also a trainer in the field. He has published a number of articles in the field and two books on occupational health and safety offences (‘Occupational Health and Safety Offences’, Edita, 2013 and 2019).

 Toni has years of experience in various types of challenging legal proceedings and arbitration and he has previously worked as a district prosecutor.

Toni has been assisting companies in a wide range of disputes and mediation. Over the years, Toni’s clients have included both major Finnish listed companies and individuals. A common denominator has been the desire of the clients to choose a dedicated and always attentive attorney.
